Yes. Talking Tails trainers are both fully insured. We take full responsibility when your pets are put into our care.
We have a wide range of experience with different types of animals. Please contact us if you have any special requests and we will do the best we can to accommodate you and your pet.

At Talking Tails we believe that to build the strongest relationship with your pet you should use positive reinforcement methods. Within all the services we provide, we use rewards pets love to make training fun and efficient for both you and your pet.
Don’t worry ! The first lesson in all classes is normally noisy, your pets need to get used to all the new dogs and people in a different environment before they learn to settle down. If you are having trouble we can provide plenty of activities and enrichment to keep your pet occupied and calm.
Yes of course. We believe that training is made easier if the whole family gets involved. Dog training builds trust and confidence which is very important for dogs living in a family environment.
If you can not make it to one of our lessons, please notify us as soon as you can. We can update you on anything important that you might have missed so that you can continue the classes as normal.
